Orders placed on working days are managed the same day (except Sundays and holidays) and are shipped the next business day, being delivered normally within 24 hours after shipment in mainland Spain and 48 / 72h for the Balearic Islands.
For some products in particular and to avoid delays in the delivery (taking into account that the messaging usually does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) will not be sent on FRIDAY, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND VISITS OF FESTIVALS.
In the case of having selected the method of payment by bank transfer, the shipment is made in the same way once we confirm the payment in our account that we will provide you when creating your order.
Verify that the package is perfectly closed and packaged, that it does not show any leaks of liquids or other signs of manipulation after its shipment. In case of detecting any of the mentioned anomalies, reject their reception. We will claim the damages and we will replace your order or we will refund the amount of the order.
Delicias Artesanas DOES NOT take charge of credits or returns of the products acquired in the following cases:

Shipments to the rest of Europe: Shipments to the rest of Europe have an approximate transit time of 3-4 days. The customer will receive a link to follow the shipment.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to be present at the time of delivery as well as available by telephone to be contacted in case of
incident or to agree on a delivery. Delicias Artesanas is NOT responsible for the costs that may be generated by a second delivery
