Traditional cold maceration of the pasta during its fermentation.
Garnet red color and violet rim. Very fruity nose (red fruits) with clear vegetable notes of cocoa and chocolate, well assembled with the toasted, balsamic and spicy notes of the wood that appear in a very subtle way.
Medium structure and well polymerized tannins, enveloping, glyceric and very tasty.
