- Selection of Albariño grape.
- Vinification on lees.
- Wine Stabilization.
- Hand-controlled fresh maceration in pure autochthonous alcohols of 28 manually selected plants.
- Filtering of the macerated to eliminate any shade of color that reduces the naturalness of the final product.
- Assembly through a unique process. - Rest.
- Filtered out.
We vinify on their own lees to maintain the power and freshness of Albariño in the vermouth.
We select herbs and botanicals very anchored in our culture, especially wormwood (magic plant), lemongrass, mint, thyme, Herbon-Padron pepper, lemon balm, orange blossom, bitter orange peel, green lemon pulps.
Pale yellow with greenish sparkles. Balanced anatomy, great crystallinity and flashing brightness.
Its evolution in the nose is more than evident. High intensity and marked varietal character, with mineral touches, highlighting the very fresh citrus and herbaceous notes, wrapped in elegant aromas of ancient apothecary bathed in white flowers.
The palate is balanced, structured and very fresh. With a well defined volume and powerful acidity, as well as pleasant softness. Long-distance, highlighting a wide and elegant aftertaste of spicy candy. Of great complexity and many nuances.
