Made from a selected vintage of Albariño grapes and fermented in Burgundian barrels of 300 liters of French oak in a room heated to 18 degrees. Aged for six months in the barrels with battonage every two days. Subsequently aged on its own lees for a period of 6 months. Filtering and bottling. Bright yellow color of high layer. Powerful and varietal aroma, ripe fruit, sweet spices and mineral with a fine contribution of French oak. Very balanced, tender, broad and enveloping. Tasty, fresh, good acidity, with fat notes and a smoked wooden aftertaste.
