Celtic Pork Chorizo Cheese is a variety exclusively elaborated in Campo Capela in which Celtic pork chorizo is added to the tender cheese made from raw milk, while the edible crust is refined with sweet paprika from La Vera, which which makes it a soft and surprising cheese due to the addition of chorizo. It does not have any kind of spice.
Recommendation at the time of consumption
Direct consumption. Also very tasty on hot toasts and other spreads. Perfect combined with legumes, artichokes and tortillas. To facilitate cutting, it is recommended to use a damp knife in warm water or a spread knife (depending on the application). It is recommended to put it at room temperature one hour before consumption.
