This cured and smoked San Simon da Costa cheese (Villalba-Lugo) is one of the most prestigious emblems of the Galician dairy names. It is a genuinely Galician product made with milk from blond and friesian cows and smoked with birch wood. A snack for gourmet tables at a very contained price.
